Dave has been a performer and songwriter for forty years and has sung throughout the world for crowds in the thousands. He has appeared and headlined with such stars as:
Chicago, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, The Grass Roots, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Three Dog Night, Dion, The Temptations, Blood-Sweat and Tears, Tom Jones, Charlie Pride, The Turtles, Gary U.S. Bonds, The Champs, The Village People,
The Sheriles, Leslie Gore, Flash Cadilac, and The Legends Show in Las Vegas.
While stationed in the Orient, Dave released his first record containing songs that he had written which became a big hit. He soon hosted his own television and radio show and was
a regular performer for AFKN (American Forces Network) and ROK TV performing his own music that he had written. Dave became very popular, often singing his songs in Korean or Japanese.
While stationed in Hawaii, Dave served as the Choir Director for two churches and performed for thousands of people during sellout crowds at the Neil Blaisdell Arena, the Waikiki Band Shell and several concerts throughout the Pacific with the Pearl Harbor Orchestra with TV’s “Hawaii Five-O” star Jack Lord serving as the Master Of Ceremonies.

While stationed in Colorado, Dave served as Choir Director for his local church. His concert experiences in Colorado include performing to sellout crowds at the Pikes Peak Center, the Broadmoor International Center, and the Fine Arts Center. He also performed At Springspree, Focus On The Family and several other venues to include Red Rocks Amphitheater and Fiddlers Green in Denver. In addition, Dave performed in Estes Park during the filming of the movie, “The Shinning 2”, and the actors and stage crew attended his show. Dave also toured with the Air Force Academy Band performing for troops in Greenland and several other Military Bases in the United States.
Dave’s acting career includes appearances in several episodes of the “Magnum PI” TV series with Tom Selleck from 1983 to 1986. Dave also won the “Best 30-Second TV Commercial” in Colorado in 1988. Dave appeared in several TV commercials to include a commercial with Dan Hagerty (of the “Grizzly Adams” TV series), Myke Michaels (of “The Doobie Brothers”), Charlene Tilton (Actress and former “Dallas” TV Star), Louis Crescenti (Professional Concert Pianist), Cosmo Migliaccio (Lead Singer of the rock band “Boston”), Kent Richardson (World Champion water skier), Tim Green (nationally ranked Gospel singer/songwriter) and Charlie Hostetter (Professional Heavyweight Boxer).
Dave served honorably in the U.S. Air Force in charge of Police Investigations and Law Enforcement Supervisor. He was the worldwide Hostage Negotiations Team Leader for Air Force Space Command. He provided “Close In Security” for U.S. Presidents Carter, Reagan and Bush, Princess Diana of England, and several other dignitaries both foreign and domestic. After serving 20 years which spanned through Viet-Nam, Panama Invasion and the Gulf War/Operation Desert Storm, he retired from the military in 1992 as a Disabled Veteran.
Dave has devoted much of his time and talents raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to charities and benefits including: The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, The Arthritis Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis, Feed The Children, The Colorado Pikes Peak Center of Deafness, The Ronald McDonald House, The Colorado Christmas Unlimited, and several tours of hospitals and nursing homes. Dave’s greatest love has always been in Christian music and in 1997 he completed his debut Contemporary Christian CD titled “Forgive This of Me” containing songs that he had written.
Dave produced music, commercials and jingles for TV and radio stations and collaborated with a number of major-label artists including Jock Bartley (“Firefall”), and Sam McFadden (“Flash Cadillac”, the band on the movies “American Graffiti” and “Apocalypse Now”. One CD production in 1998 titled “Strength In Numbers” included a song written and performed by Dave. The CD production which benefited the Suicide Prevention Program received national recognition and was honored by the United States Congress in Washington DC. In 1998 Dave also completed a special CD titled “There’s Always Someone There” containing songs that he had written. The CD was free to cancer patients and their families and was available through the American Cancer Society. In 2012, Dave released a new CD containing new original music and is currently writing a book and writing songs for a new CD.
